I offer secure virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families across California. Whether you're juggling a busy schedule, living in a remote area, or just prefer the comfort of your own space, teletherapy allows you to access high-quality care without barriers.
Sessions are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant video platform and are available in English and Punjabi.

1. What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is about getting to know each other. We'll talk about your goals, what's bringing you to therapy, and how I can support you. You’re welcome to ask questions and go at your own pace.
2. Do you offer therapy in Punjabi?
Yes! I offer sessions in both English and Punjabi to make therapy more accessible and culturally affirming.
3. Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
Yes, I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions in Fresno, CA. You can choose what works best for you.
4. How much does therapy cost?
My standard rate is $150 for a 50-minute session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need.
5. Do you accept insurance?
I am currently private pay only, but I can provide a superbill upon request if you’d like to seek reimbursement through your insurance.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
